Online store terms and conditions
1.Validity of the terms and conditions of sale
These online store terms of use (hereinafter the Terms) govern the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of goods between the online store’s customers (hereinafter the Customer) and the online store operator Faceman OÜ, registry code 11477886 (hereinafter the Sasipea online store).
Lisaks käesolevatele tingimustele reguleerivad Sasipea veebipoest toodete ostmisel tekkivaid õigussuhteid Eesti Vabariigis kehtivad õigusaktid.
The Sasipea online store has the right to unilaterally amend the Terms and the price list. Changes and additions to the Terms and the price list enter into force from the moment they are published in the online store. Orders placed before the changes enter into force are subject to the terms that were in force at the time the order was submitted.
By purchasing goods from the Sasipea online store and/or registering as a user, the Customer confirms that they have read and agree to the Terms and undertakes to comply with them.
2. Prices
All prices in the Sasipea online store are shown in euros, do not include shipping costs, and include the 20% VAT applicable in the Republic of Estonia.
In the online store, you can pay via the secure Maksekeskus payment gateway using accounts from all Estonian banks (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop, Pocopay, and Liisi ID).
The displayed discount percentages are rounded to the nearest whole number.
If the total order price is €30.00 (including VAT) or more, delivery within the Republic of Estonia is free. For orders under €30.00, the delivery fee within the Republic of Estonia is €3.00.
The Sasipea online store reserves the right to change prices. If prices change, the price applicable to the Customer is the price valid at the time the order was submitted, as shown on the invoice at the moment the order was placed.
3. Placing an order
To order products, find the desired products and add them to the shopping cart. You can view the contents of your cart by clicking the cart icon in the website header.
You can change the quantities of products in the cart by entering the desired number of items in the quantity field. You can remove products from the cart by clicking the cross on the same row.
Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – when paying via bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying by credit card, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS
Select the parcel pick-up location. Choose a payment method. Agree to the terms and click “Pay”.
The order confirmation and a copy of the invoice will be sent to your email address. Order history and invoices can be managed under the “My Account” icon.
We will ship the products after the invoice has been paid.

4. Delivery
After the sales contract enters into force (upon the Customer’s payment of the invoice), the Sasipea online store will prepare the order and hand it over for delivery to the Sasipea online store’s logistics partners.
Orders placed and paid for on business days before 12:00 can be received as early as the next day, or according to the delivery time indicated on the product page. Delivery to the islands may take up to 3 days. If, for any reason, the shipment is delayed, the Sasipea online store customer support will agree on a suitable delivery time with the Customer.
To ensure delivery without delays, please carefully check the delivery details you have entered.
Products damaged during transport, but not the product packaging, will be replaced for the Customer. If replacing the product is not possible, the Customer will be refunded the cost of the goods.
The Sasipea online store is not liable for delays in delivery if the goods were handed over to the logistics partners on time, but the delay is due to circumstances beyond the Sasipea online store’s control or that it could not have foreseen.
5. Right of return
Products purchased from the Sasipea online store are subject to a 14-day right of return from the date of receipt. If a product ordered from the online store is not suitable for the Customer, they may return it to the online store without providing a reason.
To return goods, contact Sasipea online store customer service by phone at 54 560 560 or send a return notice to pood@sasipea.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
According to the guidelines of the Consumer Protection Board, the right of return does not apply to products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (such as body, hand, hair care, and skincare cosmetics). Returned products must be unused, and the packaging must be intact and undamaged.
If it is unavoidable that the Customer must return the goods at their own expense, the cost of the returned goods together with the shipping cost will be reimbursed to the Customer no later than 14 days from receipt of the return request.
In addition, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods if:
- the product has been made to the Customer’s personal specifications;
- the product has been made according to the conditions specified by the Customer;
- the product has been mixed with or combined with another product or goods in such a way that they can no longer be separated;
- the product has been used for business or professional purposes;
- the defect was caused by improper use of the device (failure to follow the instructions);
- the device has been used with an unsuitable voltage;
- the product has mechanical damage or has broken (e.g., due to being dropped);
- this concerns normal wear and tear of the device and defects that do not reduce the device’s value or usability;
- the device has been repaired by a service provider not authorized by the importer.
If it turns out that the Customer has not received the ordered product, the goods do not match the description in the online store, or the product has a defect, then the Customer does not have to submit a withdrawal notice within 14 days
6. Final provisions
Any disagreements and disputes arising from the performance of the Terms will first be attempted to be resolved by the parties through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, both parties have the right to обратиться to the Consumer Protection Board or to court.
Estonian law shall apply to the Terms and the sales contract. If any provision of the Terms is invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Terms or the sales contract. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a lawful provision that is legally and economically closest to the invalid provision.
7. Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable to the other party, and it shall not be considered a breach of these Terms, for any delay in performing or failure to perform any of its obligations if the cause of such delay or non-performance was beyond that party’s control (force majeure).
